Beyond NeoCities

Originally, I was looking for alternatives to GitHub Pages (I’ll mention it too), but eventually found the hosting service this site runs on. I compiled this list for myself but decided to share and continue it. If there are any requests, you can write in the guestbook.

NekoWeb 500MB Effectively unlimited Created by a former NeoCities user and very similar to it, but with some differences. For example: editable preview; instead of social features, there's only an RSS feed; no file type restrictions; more advanced site search. Users praise its vibe.
Web1.0hosting 100MB, 500MB for community users Unlimited As the name suggests, it's suited for websites in 90s-2000s style. There are several technical advantages, including a website builder, hotlinks and publishing in the Yggdrasil network. Recommended for those who want to create a reliable website in Europe, accessible even during blockages.
